LG was one of the first manufacturers to roll out the Android Marshmallow update, bringing the software to its LG G4 in October. T-Mobile then quietly added the V10 to their list of devices set to receive Marshmallow soon after but there's no indication of when exactly the update will arrive. (The addition brings the T-Mobile Marshmallow roster up to 18, should you be interested).
The LG V10 began receiving the update in Turkey in March, however. It's rolling out to the international variant of device, so hopefully a larger scale distribution isn't far behind.
The bad news is that LG does tend to take a longer time to release its updates in the UK and US than in the rest of the world. Though the LG G3 Marshmallow update arrived in Poland in November last year, it wasn't until February 2015 that it hit the UK. Hopefully, its Marshmallow updates will spread faster than its Lollipop ones did.
Are you an LG V10 owner? What are your thoughts on it so far? Let us know in the comments.
